Well, it is that time of year again -- time for New Year's resolutions. So what will it be this year? I think it is time for a lifestyle change. Here are some of the things on my list for 2011.

* less Facebook, more Blogging (eventually no FB)
* exercise at least 3 times per week, even if that is only for 10 min at first
* * attempt to come out of my shell and be more social
* cut back on the sugar and meat - eat more vegetables, fruits and grains
* eat more real food and less processed/packaged food
* give up coffee for tea

Hopefully in the process of all this, I will lose some weight, but I am not going to put that pressure on myself right now. We will see.

Hi Jen...that's a wonderfully ambitious list...I hope you accomplish most of them.

Like you I let the blog fade into the background but have taken steps to revitalize it.

I'm also trying to squeeze in more of my interests and let things that are a total waste of my time slide into the background. Let me know what you're reading and stitching these days!
